COSTUMES AND FEES

Most costumes are rented to save you money. Below are listed classes and their costume information.  Make sure you have the required class attire, as some costumes may be combined with class attire.  (See "Class Description/Attire") 

Spring 2009 Semester or Annual Rental

Ballroom Performance $50 costume, $50 refundable deposit.  Guys:  Provide own black pants, black sox, black shoes, and tuxedo shirt/tie set. Studio will supply all additional costume pieces.  Girls:  Provide own black short sleeve leotard, black fish nets, character shoes. (See instructor to purchase previous year surplus.) Studio will supply all additional costume pieces and make-up.

*In the event there is no performance during the semester/workshop, no rental is required for the class.  There is no additional costume fee for students using the same costume in multiple performances within the same semester/year.  The studio  school year runs September 1 to August 31.  The dates for issuing and returning costumes are posted on the studio calendar, $5 late fee for late returns. (See "Calendar and Event")

To Rent a Costume:

1)    Print and fill out a Costume Rental Form from the PDF file below.

2)    Read and complete.  Fill out only the size info requested by your instructor (sometimes done in class.)

3)    When costumes are issued  (date listed on the studio calendar) bring the costume rental form and TWO separate checks--the non-refundable rental and the refundable deposit.

4)    Return the costume in good condition on the return date (listed on the studio calendar--usually first class after performance.)

5)    Check costume in and obtain returned deposit.  (ALL pieces must be returned to receive deposit.)
